1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using LinkMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkMe. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18 and to report any suspected underage usage to the relevant authorities.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Share, solicit, or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM) — violations will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the App to spam, phish, or transmit unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or the App's infrastructure.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
• Conduct or promote any illegal activity through the App.

4. Virtual Currency — Diamonds

LinkMe uses a virtual currency called Diamonds. Diamonds can be purchased with real money and used within the App (e.g., to send gifts, make calls, or send messages beyond your free allowance). Diamonds have no monetary value outside the App, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Prices and exchange rates may change at any time.

5. Live Streaming & Video/Audio Calls

All live streams, video calls, and audio sessions are governed by these Terms. You must not broadcast, request, or solicit nudity, sexual acts, violence, or any illegal content during sessions. We may monitor streams for policy compliance and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Recording another user's video or audio without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Messaging

Each user is entitled to a limited number of free messages per conversation. Beyond that allowance, a Diamond fee applies per message. This fee structure is clearly displayed within the chat interface. By continuing to send messages after the free limit, you authorise the deduction of Diamonds from your balance.

7. Referral Programme

Female users may participate in the referral programme and earn a commission on qualifying earnings generated by referred users. Commission rates and eligibility criteria may be updated at any time. LinkMe reserves the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

7a. VIP Subscriptions

LinkMe offers optional VIP subscription plans (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) that provide premium features and benefits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. VIP fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify VIP plan features, pricing, or availability at any time.

7b. Diamond Withdrawals & Payouts

Female users who have earned Diamonds through calls, gifts, or live streams may request withdrawal of their Diamond balance for cash payout. The following terms apply:

• Withdrawals are processed in your preferred currency via PayPal, bank transfer, mobile money, or USDT, subject to availability in your region.
• Conversion rates from Diamonds to cash are determined by LinkMe and may change at any time.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times apply, as displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. LinkMe is not liable for failed or delayed payouts due to incorrect information.
• LinkMe reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests suspected of fraudulent activity, including diamond manipulation or collusion.
• Taxes on earnings are your sole responsibility. LinkMe does not withhold taxes on your behalf.

7c. Group Video Rooms & Audio Rooms

LinkMe allows users to create and join group video rooms (up to 10 participants) and audio rooms (up to 20 participants). Hosts may approve, evict, or deny entry to participants. The following rules apply:

• Room hosts are responsible for moderating their rooms and removing disruptive or violating participants.
• All conduct rules in Section 3 apply equally within group and audio rooms.
• Hosts may play background music within their rooms; this music must not infringe third-party copyright.
• LinkMe may automatically close inactive rooms to free resources.
• Gifts sent within group rooms are subject to the same Diamond deduction rules as elsewhere in the App.

7d. Auto-Pairing & Call Charges

LinkMe may automatically pair online users for video calls to facilitate connections. Auto-pairing respects your decline history — users who decline a pairing are skipped for 20 minutes. Male users are charged a per-minute Diamond rate for video and audio calls to female users, as displayed in the call interface. Female users set their own per-minute rate within the allowed range (200–600 Diamonds/minute). Calls are charged in real-time from your Diamond balance; if your balance is exhausted mid-call, the call may be terminated automatically.

8. Intellectual Property

All content you upload or share on LinkMe (photos, videos, audio) remains your property, but you grant LinkMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the App. You must not upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.

9. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Here is a summary of how we handle your data:

• Data collected: email address, profile information (name, age, gender, photos, videos, location), messages, transaction history, and device/usage data.
• Why we collect it: to provide and improve the App, personalise your experience, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• Location data: used only to show nearby users and calculate distances. We do not sell or share your precise location with third parties.
• Third-party services: we use ZegoCloud for real-time communication and Stripe for payments. These services have their own privacy policies.
• Data retention: we retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the "Delete My Data" option in your profile.
• Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@linkme.app for any privacy-related requests.

10. Blocking & Reporting

You may block any user at any time to prevent them from contacting you or viewing your profile. You may also report users for policy violations. We review all reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, or permanent bans. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct could harm other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. LinkMe does not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any profile information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
